Deposit rules:

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus codes must be applied at the time of registration or deposit — they cannot be added afterwards.
• Bonuses not used within the designated period will be automatically forfeited.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to support within 24 hours. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.

For Sports Betting, any bets placed after a match has kicked off will be treated as live bets and separate rules will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jya Cash. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Jya Cash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Where evidence of fraudulent activity is found
• If false information is found during verification
• Extended account inactivity (typically 12 months)
• Closure requested by the member

Voluntary Account Closure: If you wish to close your account, please notify our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining real-money balance before closure.

• Games or bets lost due to an internet disconnection
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the player's own negligence

However, jya Cash pledges to make every effort to restore any legitimate winnings lost due to technical issues.
